These photos were shot with IS on (on) and IS off (off) principally to determine whether their is visible image quality deterioration if the IS left on at higher shutter speeds, when it is not really necessary to control the amount of camera shake.

The shots were taken as SuperfineL jpegs, with no post processing, and the camera settings were Contrast -1, Sharpness 0, Saturation 0, and Graduation Normal.
